Which service will we provide you with?
You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.
Insurances
There is no fee for any of the insurances you arrange through us. You will receive a quotation which will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular insurance policy.
All the insurance products we offer are purely protection only products that do not have a surrender value and therefore cannot be encashed.
Who regulates us?
Capital Reward Plus Ltd at Galpharm Stadium, Stadium Way, Huddersfield. HD1 6PG is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Our FSA Register number is 475511.
Our permitted business is arranging insurance contracts.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
As we do not provide advice we do not have a duty to ensure products are suitable to your personal circumstances and therefore you may not be entitled to compensation from us if it is established that the service or product is not appropriate for you.
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
Investment
Most types of investment business are covered up to a maximum limit of £50,000.
Insurance
Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim, without any upper limit.

The information you have provided is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”). By accepting these terms you consent to us or any company associated with us for processing, both manually and by electronic means, your personal data for the purposes of providing advice, administration and management.

You may be assured that we and any company associated with us will treat all personal data and sensitive personal data as confidential and will not process it other than for a legitimate purposes. Steps will be taken to ensure that the information is accurate, kept up to date and not kept for longer than is necessary. Measures will also be taken to safeguard against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss or destruction or damage to the data.

When you apply for any product you may be directed to a third party’s website. In these circumstances Capital Reward Plus holds no control over their content and cannot assume any responsibility for the information displayed.
